Full cleans
A full clean includes:
All internal surfaces but no external cleaning work up to 3.0m in height.
Chimneys and risers are excluded. Rodded stairs will be charged as extra.
Otherwise, there are no hidden costs unless we are compelled to complete the cleaning over more than one visit.
This can be useful for NHS visits, police visits, etc

Weekly cleans
A weekly clean includes all hoovering, dishes, floors, and internal surfaces.

ONE-OFF SPARKLE CLEAN
Before presenting a house to market developers like to ‘sparkle clean’ the property.
A site visit may be required and these are at manager’s discretion due to Health & Satety of the workforce
Otherwise, there are no hidden costs unless we are compelled to complete the cleaning over more than one visit.

Maintenance Cleaning
This is simply a planned approach to cleaning over time.
Regular cleaning will make sure that the surroundings are clean and hygienically maintained

May include daily cleaning, deep cleaning, disinfecting, and trash removal. We work outside of regular business hours to minimize disruptions to client’s operations

Tenancy Cleaning
The cleanliness and maintenance of your property will directly affect the retention of customers, their experience and the duration of their tenancy
+ Ovens and appliances exlcuded. All areas must be accessible. Lofts are excluded. Garages are excluded.
Additional works are chargeable on a basis to be agreed, however, these are rarely implimented as we work with our clients to keep costs down.
