D.O.L.L.S. was great. Also very polite, responsive and accommodating. You call, they answer. A rare thing these days. They went out of their way to work w/ my strained sched & did so on a same-day request. In fact, I couldn't be home that day and walked them through the job over Facetime. Easily. And they did an excellent job. I suspect they likely undercharged me for the work performed. Lastly, I had to cancel them on my first booking. They were super polite & appreciative nonetheless. Sarah, Shannon' and Ashley were amazing.  Professional, personable, on-time and worked their tails off.My house is older and suffered years of smoke stains.  They worked just as hard as I have and were cheerful about it. Mallory was very Professional and understanding thru the scheduling and consultation as well.
