Vanessa and I spoke at length about cleaning plans and alloted time frames, what should be happening based on my current plan, detail cleaning options, etc. She made some excellent observations regarding the dusting of blinds, lamp shades, entertainment center, and the back of the TV. She dry dusted the blinds, which has rarely occurred, as well as cleaning the small glass panes in the entertainment center. I had recently been frustrated and I spoke with Mallory about my concerns. Vanessa explained things quite well, and suggested I might need to add an hour to give more time to complete the tasks. I agree with her that one hour might be too little to cover the needs desired. I now plan on having a deep clean in March or April, and then again at the end of summer. Finally, Vanessa showed training and mentoring skills. I observed her direct, demonstrate, and correct the new employees. It wasn't mean or condescending. As a retired Police Lieutenant with responsibilities for field training and staff leadership, I believe she has a solid coaching presence. Thank you very much, and we'll see you in December.
