They went out of their way to work w/ my strained sched & did so on a same-day request. In fact, I couldn't be home that day and walked them through the job over Facetime. Easily. And they did an excellent job. I suspect they likely undercharged me for the work performed. Lastly, I had to cancel them on my first booking. They were super polite & appreciative nonetheless.
